The clinics that UW set up were part of a process of turning the 60’s into the 80’s, a planned temporary era of liberalization followed by punishment, designed by a military system of human trafficking and reckless abandon intended to storm the youth movement into the gas chambers.  The clinics are the system of the humanized, kinder and gentler extermination package that was planned by human traffickers. That is why you have Jack Ruby at the Carousel Club, who went by Sparky, being backed up by Larry Flynt, and Miles Kirshner, whose partner is also called Sparky, in the brutal mutilation of a deaf exhibition of the crime being poisoned in the mouth by the forces from Pittsburgh and Duquesne operating out of Sound Mental Health the Dixon clinics, being paraded as a white sacrificial hate object. This crime has a closed circle of authority and mentality to it that is certainly logical when you see how incredibly successful it is.
